GCSE and A Level History

Some great visual work to share from the History Department. Year 10 students have been constructing the body according to Vesalius, who challenged the ideas of Galen, as part of their GCSE unit 'Medicine in Britain, 1250 - present'.

Meanwhile Y12 Historians have been studying the cults of personality of Stalin, Khrushchev and Breznhev as part of 'Russia 1917 - 1991'. Here they show how all three leaders used their cults of personality in different ways but appropriated Lenin's image to add credence to their own position.
