Medical appointments: Students must fill in a pink slip in advance. This requires the signatures of a parent and the teachers whose form time or lessons will be missed. Additionally, students will need to provide the necessary evidence for authorisation by Ms Stojko.

In Sixth Form, emails from parents are not acceptable evidence unless they include a copy of the appointment slip, letter or text message.

Adhering to this protocol is crucial in ensuring absences are processed correctly and promptly.
