We have a vacancy on the Board of Trustees for a Parent Trustee (Governor) and welcome and encourage applications from parents of all backgrounds who would be keen to serve in this role.
Our Year 12 Geographers were in Norwich and Southwold last month for three busy days of fieldwork, where they trialled various data collection techniques to prepare for their upcoming independent investigation.
At the end of last term we held our annual Science Fair for Years 7 & 8, where students volunteer to take part in teams, each one doing an experiment of their own design and then presenting their findings at their stall.
We had a fantastic turnout in our second year of running this fashion, food & performance event, a fabulous celebration of each other's cultures, with a soundtrack to match!
It's been a busy time for our Library team with the recent book sale in collaboration with Next Page Books, and a big cake sale in support of World Book Day, to raise funds to supply books in disadvantaged communities around the UK.
To tie in with Safer Internet Day (6 Feb 2024), we welcomed Bim Afolami MP and Be Internet Citizens for some very interactive and lively workshops for our students.
