Wellbeing Before Final Exams

Every day last week during tutor time, we were able to offer wellbeing sessions for our Year 13s to help them look after their mental health in the lead-up to their final A Level exams.
The sessions included meditation with a sound bath using a sound bowl; chair yoga; walking; mindful creative activities; and talks on eating well for brain health and the importance of sleep.
Thanks to the staff members who brought their knowledge and skills to these different workshops, which helped give students a good start to the day as well as prompting them to think about maximising wellbeing during exam season.
